Step 2: Choose a tour from the list of tours displayed on the search results screen by clicking the “View tour” button on the bottom left corner to the corresponding tour. Step 3: On the tour’s detailed information, you can find the overview and itinerary of the tour. Then click the “Inquire” button to select your tour. Step 4: On the booking details screen, fill in all the necessary reservation information and contact details. After completing step 4, ICA Travel Group will proactively contact you within 8 hours to respond to your request. In addition, if you are abroad or unable to contact by phone or book through the website, you can send an email with detailed tour requests to the address info@icatravelgroup.com

In the case that you wish to cancel a reservation after payment, the refund process will depend on the cancellation policy or the terms and conditions of our programs. Additionally, if a customer cancels a reservation and ICA Travel Group needs to refund the money’s tour (as applicable in each case), the transfer fee will be borne by the customer. However, if the customer visits the office in person to receive the refund, no fee will be charged.
